About the speaker:
Dr David Chinn is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with the Infant, Child, Adolescent and Family Service (ICAFS), part of MHAIDS through Te Whatu Ora. He is also an Affiliate Researcher and Clinical Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychological Medicine at the University of Otago, and a member of the Pharmac Mental Health Subcommittee.
Originally from the Isle of Man – best known for its tailless cats and thrilling motorcycle races – David has called New Zealand home since 2003.
